ur asking where it is?
if u go south west of thais and west of cyclops
there is a tunnel go in the tunnels and then when u get out of tunnel go south and then ur in fibula
and then in the center of the town there is a Well, go down the Well and u r in fibula rotworms
u need key to get inside rotworms
the key is in south of the fibula city
there is a old beggar and u have to say "hi" "help" "yes" "yes" "yes"
the key is 900gp
