What skills/level/eq/runes or manas do i need for 2d or 3d floor?

I'm lvl 41, 71/69, G-armor, C-legs, Bright sword, Demon shield, Rh.

why do u guys always ask about eq ? use a fking pset use a fking rare set there is almost no differnece when u fight scarabs , toads etc.. they almost hit u 0 with the melee they hit u with their "poison atks" whom will take 20 hp even if u got rare set or noob set -.-!
